In order to prevent risks and improve the services rendered by Jones Lang LaSalle Spain, Portugal and Italy, we provide our departments with legal advisory services which focus on the review, monitoring and supervision of different types of contract, such as sales/purchases, services, mandates and leases; the follow-up and completion of negotiations with owners and operators; and compliance support for shopping centre management, among other tasks

At corporate level, we conduct all the necessary legal proceedings for the payment of monies due, licence applications, money laundering prevention control, data protection, drafting and recording of all kinds of document, as well as support for all functions related to Jones Lang LaSalle Spain's executive management and Board of Directors

We also deliver added value to the relationship of Jones Lang LaSalle and our clients, providing external advisory services, acting in our capacity as legal practitioners and getting involved in transactions taking place both within the scope of the client's professional activities and business relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle Spain, Italy and Portugal
